Enquiries and confirmation
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after vehicle availability, itinerary, price, inclusions, exclusions and any advance payment are acknowledged in writing.
Fares and additional charges
Tolls, parking, state taxes, permits, waiting, night allowance and driver expenses are included only when specifically stated in the written quotation.
Changes and cancellations
Changes are subject to availability and may affect the fare. The applicable cancellation terms will be shared with the quotation or booking confirmation.
Travel conditions
Journey times may change due to traffic, weather, road restrictions, religious events or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Passengers are responsible for valid travel documents and timely reporting.
